Each session we will work together to Our time together will look like a blend of clinical counselling and guided body awareness. Check-In: We discuss your current challenges, goals, and mental state. Tracking: I will invite you to pause and notice what is happening in your body as we talk. ("As you share that, what do you notice happening in your chest or stomach?") Resourcing: We will identify "anchors" of safety—people, places, or physical sensations that help you feel grounded. Processing: Using the safety we’ve built, we gently approach the traumatic material to allow the stuck energy to discharge naturally, often resulting in a deep sense of relief or release. This approach is best for clients experiencing: Chronic anxiety or panic attacks. PTSD or C-PTSD (Complex Trauma). A feeling of being "stuck" or "numb" despite years of talk therapy. Physical symptoms of stress (chronic pain, tension, digestive issues). Insurance Note: This service is provided by a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW). Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement under "Social Work / Social Service Work" benefits.
