During the session you'll enjoy a reset, as you relax into the warmth of the heated jade rock. As you relax you'll feel the movement of energy as your body shifts into it's most relaxed form. This will feel similar to reiki if you've had reiki sessions before. The photon lights recharge your cells, and the relaxing tones, restore your soul. The gentle humming, toning, allows fibres of your body to unwind and reset back to baseline. As you prepare to leave the session you'll find you're leaving feeling lighter, empowered, and refreshed.
